The price will be reviewed on a continuous basis but our aim is that these units will continue to be affordable.

No. The sealant protection is part of the finishing works and so unless you specify it to be included with the contract works, it is not.

For our standard 1 and 2 bedroom chamber and hall. We can include fixtures and fittings for clients own designs but this will come at an additional cost.

Yes, we will consider coming to work in bordering West African countries such as Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Togo. Countries further afield will need to be considered on an individual basis.
We will work with you to provide a construction of good value and payment terms that are reasonable/suit your needs.
